Lexi was born in Toronto, Canada, and grew up in a harborfront town on Lake Ontario. With an international outlook from a young age, she chose to attend university in the United States and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Fashion Merchandising. Her early career in Buckhead at a commercial real estate PR firm gave her experience in social media management and design, but more importantly it gave her the foundation to take her skills into real estate.
When she and her husband Benjamin launched Benomar Properties, Lexi became both the creative engine and the lead Realtor for the team. She built the brand from scratch, managed all public-facing marketing, and personally guided clients through the sales process. That balance of creativity and care helped Benomar Properties grow into a trusted name that served more than 200 families across Atlanta. Today, as co-founder and Vice President of Motto, Lexi continues that work on a larger stage. She is the voice behind the brokerage’s brand, leading marketing for both Motto and the agents who join it, and she sets the example as a producing Realtor who embodies what it means to raise the standard.
One of Lexi’s biggest passions has been breaking into the luxury real estate market. This shift has allowed her to bring her eye for detail, design, and presentation to a new level while still holding on to what matters most: her clients. For Lexi, real estate has never been about chasing sales. It’s about caring deeply, building relationships, and making sure each client feels supported through one of the most meaningful decisions of their life.
Outside of work, Lexi shares Benjamin’s love for travel, adventure, and experiencing food and culture around the world. Together they spend a third of the year abroad, always seeking inspiration and connection in new places. Grounded by family and driven by a vision for community, Lexi looks forward to continuing to grow Motto into a brokerage where both agents and clients feel at home.
