Before Motto, we were sick of feeling like there was something missing. We needed to fill the void: Kindred minds, supportive community, money going to tools that actually matter, and a brand we can all be proud to represent. Our Founders

Motto was founded by Benjamin and Lexi Benomar. Both Benjamin and Lexi worked corporate jobs in Atlanta as they shifted into the realization that real estate is the key to unlocking long term wealth. With backgrounds in consulting and marketing, plus investment properties of their own under their belt, they quit their office jobs to launch full-time into real estate in 2019. Quickly, they became a top-producing duo in the Greater Atlanta market and began to build their team of agents. That’s when it became obvious that a certain top percent runs circles around the majority of agents in our city.

We all have goals bigger than being just another agent though, right? I’ve known Benjamin and Lexi for 3 years now. They recently helped me to purchase my first property. They are incredibly kind people who care about getting the best outcome for their clients. They are great negotiators and their level of professionalism is hard to come by. Whenever I reached out to Benjamin and Lexi to help with the transaction, they were visiting Europe. Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Florida heights, Atlanta, GA.

Buying a home for the first time can be stressful, but Lexi was truly the glue that held the whole thing together. She was patient with all of our questions and hesitations along the way to make sure that we felt comfortable with each step we were taking. Lexi made it a point to get to know us and the features we loved and wanted in a home so we ended up with the perfect house for us, in the perfect neighborhood, AND way below budget. She even negotiated seller-paid fixes so the home was like-new when we moved in! We are truly still on cloud nine to have gotten everything we wanted in a home, and it’s all thanks to Lexi’s effort. Getting introduced to Lexi was the game changer in our home buying process. We can’t say enough great things about Lexi, Ben, and the rest of the Benomar Properties team!

I knew Benjamin from work and it had been a minute since I had spoken to him but he promptly responded to my text on a Friday evening which was key on getting me a townhome appointment in a new construction. I am familiar with Benjamin’s work ethics and I knew I was in good hands and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable realtor as a first time home buyer. He patiently answered all of my questions, answered my calls/emails promptly, and explained the process all while making me feel very comfortable in my home buying journey. Also, Benjamin has the right contacts and getting an home inspection was a game changer for my closing, Benjamin came to the property multiple times during the process at every critical step and remembered every detail which ensured my closing was a seamless experience. Benjamin carefully explained to me things to look out for, fix/replace within the first few years to ensure my home was well taken care of, and even referred me to people/companies to help maintain the house after move-in. I felt very cared for by him, I couldn't recommend Benjamin enough
