Motto was created to fill the space between the big-box, corporate brokerages and the minimalistic, outdated virtual brokerages we had explored. We were craving an atmosphere of like-minded colleagues and got tired of bouncing around brokerages wanting more. So, we created Motto: a curated community of experienced, driven professionals.

To join, agents must be full-time professionals with a track record of at least five closed deals per year. You do not need a babysitter or basic training. At Motto, there are no newbies, but also no egos. Our agents are ambitious, collaborative, and focused on excellence and wealth-building. This is a culture of support, not competition. No. Motto does not charge monthly desk fees, technology fees, or any of the recurring costs that other brokerages tack on. Our model is designed to be simple and agent-friendly. You pay only when you close business.
GrowthShare is Motto’s way of giving back to the agents who aid in building our community of like-minded experts. When you bring an agent to Motto, you will be rewarded with 10% of Motto’s fee (or $150) each time they close a deal, up to capping. There are no complicated tiers or multi-level structures — just simple, predictable income for helping grow the community
No. Unlike many brokerages, Motto covers your E&O insurance. There are no extra deductions from your check. Our agents enjoy a clean, no-fluff commission model without hidden charges.
Motto is one of the only brokerages that equips every agent with their own ChatGPT account. We believe AI is a game-changer for productivity and the future of real estate. No. We bring in experienced agents who already have their own systems, and we respect that. You are free to use the CRM you are most comfortable with. For agents who are looking for a CRM solution or want to add more lead sources, Motto provides Follow Up Boss at a bulk discount. This gives you flexibility without forcing a change.

Though we do not have a brick-and-mortar location (low fees are the priority!), we know that our core belief comes back to building community. Knowing that agents have partners they can trust and depend on is important to us all. Motto will have monthly in-person events to foster these relationships and growth, ranging from CE class opportunities, coaching sessions, marketing workshops, and celebratory events.
The goal of Motto is to be a brokerage where basic training is not a necessity for our agents, thus keeping fees and quitting low, but quality of agent high. Growth and knowledge of the industry is important nonetheless. Though Motto will not offer basic training seminars and packages which are normally geared toward newbie agents, Motto will offer programming for CE and certifications, industry experts, coaching sessions, marketing workshops and more. Motto agents are not starting from scratch, but taking what they need to consistently improve their existing business.
All compliance is handled through Skyslope, our streamlined brokerage management system. This keeps contracts organized and speeds up approvals so you get paid quickly. Our broker and staff are always available to answer questions and provide support.
At Motto, you are in control of your business. We do not claim ownership of your leads or funnel you through corporate lead systems. Agents generate their own opportunities, but we also provide tools, resources, and marketing support to help you attract and convert more clients.
