Benjamin is an immigrant, born in Paris, France, who moved to Florida when his family pursued a business opportunity in the United States. From a young age, he set his sights high, graduating as Valedictorian of his high school and later earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. After college, he built a successful career in IT consulting for Fortune 500 companies, but he always knew there was something more waiting for him beyond the corporate world.
That turning point came in 2017 when Benjamin purchased his first investment properties. The experience sparked a passion for real estate that changed the course of his life. Together with his wife Lexi, he launched Benomar Properties, building a team under several brokerages and helping more than 200 families achieve their goals of homeownership and investment success. Along the way, Benjamin mastered house hacking, real estate sales, consulting, property management, property renovations, and a range of investment strategies that gave him the ability to guide clients through nearly every aspect of the residential sales process.
Through those years of experience, he began to see the shortcomings in the traditional brokerage model. Too many brokerages were focused on fees instead of community, on short-term gains instead of long-term growth. Benjamin knew there had to be a better way. That vision became the foundation of Motto, the boutique brokerage he co-founded and now leads as Managing Broker and President. His mission is to build a place where agents can thrive, clients are truly cared for, and everyone is surrounded by people who share the same drive for success.
Today, Benjamin is a multi-million-dollar investor, entrepreneur, and proud member of GoBundance, an elite mastermind of leaders and business owners. He believes in working hard and playing hard, spending nearly a third of each year traveling with Lexi, exploring new cultures, and enjoying the best food the world has to offer. Despite his achievements, Benjamin stays grounded in his humble beginnings, his health, and his commitment to giving back. As he and Lexi continue building Motto, they also look forward to building a family and living out the values of growth, adventure, and community that have guided him from the very start.
