We do not collect Personal Information unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You may be required to provide certain information when you: (a) register for an account; (b) request property information or a showing; (c) enter a sweepstakes or contest; (d) sign up for newsletters or offers; (e) send us a message; (f) submit payment information when ordering products or services.
When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain information, which may include:

Referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and similar usage data

Responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and delivering customer support
Sending administrative communications (e.g., confirmations, notices)
Sending marketing communications about our products or services (you may opt out at any time)

Motto may use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and web beacons) to help personalize your online experience, remember your preferences, understand usage, measure marketing effectiveness, and provide a customized user experience. Technologies we use. We currently use:
Google Analytics (GA4) for site analytics and audience measurement. GA4 collects data such as page views, events, approximate location (derived from IP), device/browser information, and engagement metrics to help us understand how our site is used and to improve performance.
Meta Pixel (Facebook) for ad measurement and to deliver/measure advertising, including retargeting. The Pixel records actions you take on our site (e.g., page views, form submissions) and may link them to your Meta account, where applicable, for ads and insights.
Showcase IDX to power MLS/IDX property search, saved searches, and user accounts. Showcase IDX uses cookies and similar technologies to provide core functionality (e.g., staying signed in, saving preferences) and may process lead registration data you choose to submit.
Follow Up Boss (CRM) to manage inquiries, communications, and lead workflows. Information you submit through forms or IDX may be transmitted to our CRM to help us respond to your requests.
Some of the above providers (e.g., analytics and advertising networks) may act as independent controllers of your Personal Information for their own purposes pursuant to their privacy notices. Others act as our service providers/processors under contract and may only process information as instructed by us.
Opt‑out and controls. You can manage cookies via your browser settings and industry tools (e.g., Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance opt-outs). Where required by law, we honor browser‑based Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals as a request to opt out of processing that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising. You can also use our Cookie Preferences link in the site footer to make granular choices at any time.
We may keep track of the pages our users visit within the Services in order to determine which features are most popular and to improve the user experience. This data may be used to deliver customized content and advertising to users whose behavior indicates interest in particular subject areas.
We share information with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, including but not limited to: website hosting, security and maintenance, analytics (Google Analytics), advertising/retargeting (Meta Pixel), MLS/IDX search and lead registration (Showcase IDX), customer relationship management and messaging (Follow Up Boss), email delivery, mapping, and customer support/fulfillment. Except where noted below, these parties act as our service providers/processors under written agreements and may only use your information as instructed by us and must maintain its confidentiality.
Some analytics and advertising partners (e.g., Google and Meta) may process Personal Information as independent controllers for their own purposes pursuant to their privacy notices. Please review their privacy policies and controls to understand and manage how they process your information.
We may contact you about offerings that may be of interest. In certain cases—with your direction or consent (for example, when you ask us to introduce you to a mortgage lender, title company, or other partner)—we may share your contact information with that partner to fulfill your request.
We may disclose information (a) to comply with law or legal process; (b) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Motto, our users, or the public; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business (in which case we will take steps to require the recipient to honor this Policy).
We do not sell Personal Information for money. Some of our analytics and advertising activities—such as the use of Google Analytics and Meta Pixel—may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under certain state privacy laws because they involve the disclosure of identifiers and internet activity to third parties for cross‑context behavioral advertising or analytics. We do not sell or share the Personal Information of consumers we know are under 16 years of age.
From time to time, Motto may contact you via email for announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and other communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting info@mottorealty.com. Your opt‑out request may generate a confirmation message. We do not share SMS opt‑in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you make purchases or submit payment information through our website, your payment details are processed by a secure third‑party payment processor. Motto does not store or retain full credit card numbers or sensitive financial information. All payment transactions are encrypted using industry‑standard security protocols.
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When Personal Information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

How to exercise your rights.
Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link and Cookie Preferences in our site footer to manage targeted advertising/”sale”/”sharing” choices. You may also email info@mottorealty.com or call (770) 746‑6886 for access, deletion, correction, and other requests. We will verify your request using information associated with your account or past interactions. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization and may still require you to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days, with a possible 45‑day extension).
California Notice of Right to Opt‑Out. California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information by using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link or enabling a browser‑based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
Do Not Track. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time. We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described above where required by law.
Nevada Residents. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. You may still submit a sale opt‑out request to info@mottorealty.com.
